We are pleased to announce that we have been selected to be one of the three Sheffield Youth Neighborhoods and Communities (SY-NC) Area Hubs.
We are now recruiting to carry out this wonderful initiative one Coordinator and two Youth Workers . These roles will be based in Burngreave & Firth Park.
The new team will work with Multi-Agency to provide the intervention and prevention of exploiting young people and to increase resources and information. The Coordinator will approach the organizations and it will be led by young people to address their different issues and to strengthen their vulnerability so we can all demolish this cycle.
